We maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System, core components of which are our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and a documented training system to ensure that all technical staff are competent and up to date to perform all procedures. We routinely perform internal audits and are externally audited by International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ).
Our accreditations
For over 15 years we have been accredited to the International Standards Organisation (ISO) standard for medical laboratories (ISO15189:2022) across our molecular diagnostic and analytical services.
We are approved by Ministry of Primary Industries, New Zealand (MPI) for containment and transitional facilities, ensuring compliance with New Zealand biosecurity and safety standards.
